Robust Development of the Process for Project Management
AURNI's Process for qualitative data collection is the result of a robust development process. The development of the Process starts with building a body of knowledge from international quality standards such as ISO, industry association guidelines such as ESOMAR, and best practices from research journals. The key standards and best practices are listed out in a Statement of Applicability (SoA). Operational requirements are written to put into practice each standard and best practice, and the requirements collected in a detailed Operations Manual. Related Forms are designed for managing the Process and documenting the completion of tasks. The Process is tested and refined through modeling, simulation, mock projects, and beta testing.
This qualitative data collection process constitutes one module in AURNI's company-wide quality management system which is audited by a licensed third-party accreditor and certified to meet relevant ISO quality standards.
