The Optimizer Package for each stage of the research project includes the relevant research process module from AURNI's full project management system, which is audited and certified to meet ISO quality standards.
Your AURNI Audit and Certification is designed based on the body of knowledge of the American Society for Quality and is led by a professionally qualified auditor.
Regular Audits to Maintain Operational Excellence
The Audit is conducted using the project management information that you record in the Workflow in the normal course of managing your projects. There is no need for you to take time from your work schedule to prepare additional information or sit for an audit meeting.
Audit Report to Maintain Excellence
AURNI provides an Audit Report for you that describes the quality of your project management and suggests further improvements. This confidential, internal Report provides guidance for you to maintain operational excellence of your project management. The Audit is conducted annually and typically looks at a sample of four representative projects. In addition to the main Audit, a maintenance Audit is conducted in the middle of the Audit period in order to identify problematic issues and correct them early on.
