Equip your frontline translators, interpreters, and moderators with integrated research process management tools from AURNI.
Improve project management efficiency and elevate your strategic value to clients.
AURNI's process management tools are designed to be used directly by individual frontline translators, interpreters, and moderators. Project Managers can coordinate the use of the tools for significant benefits for their projects.
Efficiently manage multi-market projects to extremely high quality levels.
Consistent fieldwork execution: Outsourcers in every market follow an identical workflow.
Up-to-date status information: A consistent, detailed task checklist keeps you up-to-date on the exact status of your project across every market.
World-class quality control: Workflows are designed based on specific ISO quality standards and industry association guidelines.
Maintain excellent performance in every process with timely, granular feedback.
Timely feedback: Performance metrics for each incremental output of a process provide timely feedback during the project.
Actionable feedback: Precision measurements of multiple dimensions of a process output point to actionable improvements during an ongoing project.
Track research process reliability as a strategic KPI, in collaboration with Clients.
Strategic KPI: Treat research process reliability as a key performance indicator and set strategic goals for specific processes and the overall research process.
Client collaboration on benchmarking: Share KPIs with Clients to collaborate on developing specific benchmarks appropriate for each Client’s business needs.
Help Clients manage decision risk with the improved management metric of "total net reliability".
Avoid the trap of overestimating reliability: Typically, conclusions are reported only with the analytic reliability (such as t-test, chi-square, or inter-rater reliability). This narrow focus on only the final research step often overstates the actual reliability of the conclusions.
Deliver a better business decision metric: Combine AURNI's research process reliability metrics with analytic reliability to calculate the the real total net reliability of the conclusions. Clients using net reliability to calculate decision risk make more informed, more productive decisions that lead to higher ROI.
Follow this five step-process to get started with the AURNI management tools.
Contact AURNI to discuss your specific needs and questions.
Step 1: Onboard Translators, Interpreters, Moderators.
Direct your frontline translators, interpreters, and moderators to the appropriate service page on the AURNI website.
Instruct frontline researchers to download the Workflow, Checklist, Worksheets and other documentation for their specific process.
Project Manager also downloads the documentation for all processes and becomes familiar with it.
Step 2: Specify use of the AURNI project management tools for a project.
Include the use of the tools in the specifications for each process, such as translation, interpretation, and qualitative fieldwork.
In the project briefing, instruct the frontline researchers on how to use the tools in your project.
Step 3: Deploy the tools for the project.
Frontline researchers prepare the operations tools, such as the Checklist and Quantitative Evaluation Worksheet and upload to a shared folder for project management. Project Manager verifies that the tools are correctly prepared.
During the project, the frontline researchers maintain up to date information in the operations tools. Project Manager regularly checks task progress and quality control, and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Step 4: Deliver reliability metrics to the Client.
The Process Quality Report is designed as Client deliverable. It provides a record of the Quality Index and corrective actions that the Client may use independently for quality improvement programs.
Step 5: Record and track strategic KPI.
Add key metrics to your project database to track your strategically important KPIs over time.
Improve management capability with key metrics such as task completion rate, Quality Index, quality benchmarks, etc.
